At DR iCare Expertz, we strive to provide reliable and transparent services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and service-related issues are handled.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Service Confirmation

  • You may cancel your booking free of charge before the service is confirmed.

2.2 After Service Confirmation

  • Cancellation requests made after confirmation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If a technician has already been assigned or dispatched, a visit/inspection charge may apply.

2.3 No-Show

  • If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, it may be treated as a no-show, and charges may apply.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Service was not delivered
  • Payment was made but booking was not confirmed
  • Service was cancelled by DR iCare Expertz
  • Duplicate payment was made

3.2 Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service initiation
  • Minor delays due to operational reasons
  • Issues caused by pre-existing device conditions
  • Services completed successfully

4. Service-Based Conditions

  • Repair outcomes depend on device condition and diagnosis
  • We do not guarantee 100% repair success
  • Final pricing may vary after inspection and approval

If a repair is not feasible, only applicable inspection charges may be deducted.


5. Third-Party Service Disclaimer

In cases where services are fulfilled by independent third-party technicians or partners:

  • Refund decisions may depend on the service provider
  • DR iCare Expertz acts as a facilitator and does not control third-party service outcomes

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

7. Replacement / Re-Service (If Applicable)

If there is a valid issue with the service:

  • We may offer a re-service or correction instead of a refund
  • This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

8. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service:

  • Provide accurate booking details
  • Be available at the scheduled time
  • Backup device data before service

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
